I was banned like few months ago for RMT(bought some gold before kakao stepped in) so kinda biased opinion. The game in general has gone towards wrong direction for almost 10 years now, somehow XLGames don't seem to understand what has made their game somewhat popular, but I guess that's not Kakao's fault.
It took like 4-5 months for them to get sieges. That's just the surface, no point mentioning actual in-game problems like the AAU FS progression gate. They have also done things like, move players from one faction to another because someone just asked, changed names of OTHER PEOPLE's characters because they are just that stupid and probably more fuckery that the community never learned about. For the exact same "violation", so they are treating their players differently for whatever reason (which they refuse to share to the community conveniently) But then they unbanned some of those players but some were left permanently banned. Which would be a shitty thing to do, but alright. They banned players on AAU fs for redeeming codes when they explicitly said, it was ok to make as many accounts as you like. This is something they have admitted themselves which is nice for change, because the CMs and GMs are compulsive liars. It's multiple times worse than Gamigo or Trion. So basically Kakao Games is selling us game access to a broken game with no guarantees of fixing any bugs or flaws.
The same people also decide whether the reported things get fixed or priority. What I mean is, that anything that needs to be changed needs to go through XLGames/Kakao's KR reps so it takes literal months for simple fixes.
